John T. Byrne hails from Arklow, County Wicklow in Ireland. He is a Chef by trade and has worked in some of the best restaurants in Ireland, U.K., Switzerland and aboard Carnival Cruise Lines. He works in the food and beverage industry for the finest foodservice company.
